My work has successfully blended business research skills with client understanding, which has yielded initiatives that have demonstrably improved both market penetration and risk management in this sector. In one key project based on my research, customer satisfaction scores went from average to world-class in just 5 years, and these levels were maintained for more than a decade afterwards.Experience at the coal-face of sales as a commercial property banker means that I am acutely aware of the market information requirements for a successful property investment.
