I'm a goal getter. I like to help and through this, I am a Customer Support Expert for more than 10 years already. I worked for huge international tech companies as Technical Support - through chat and phone. I am currently working for an international animated software as Customer Support Champion that takes care of customers subscriptions, technical issues about software and increasing retentions for the company.During free time, I bake and sell. I enjoy the baking and even enrolled in baking school during the pandemic. Baking is my stress reliever. It is relaxing and enhances your creativity in design and taste. If there's another thing I want to talk about aside improving sales and customer support of a business, it will be about baking and cakes.
