As a GymnastiKids employee, I have come to realize the strong and influential power each individual who interacts with children on a regular basis has on those children. This understanding has given me the ability to learn when to use that power in order to get a child to participate more, or when to use it to get a child to stop acting out for attention.In addition, I am responsible for:• Setting up and teaching 45 to 60 minute classes to groups of children between ages of 2 (or walking) and 12.•Making sure that the entire gym is set up in a safe, educational, fitness based, and fun manner.•Teaching children gymnastic skills properly, emphasizing safety and skill.•Organizing and teaching classes to children who speak English as their second or third language.•Creating and implementing class curriculum sheets, to provide guidance for other teacher as to what skills children as specific levels should be learning.

•Opening and Closing Cashier - Greet customers, take orders, handle cash, brew fresh coffee (hourly), and serve bakery goods in a timely, pleasant, manner.•Take customers’ orders to their table, and deal with any customer concerns in a fast and positive manner making sure each costumer is pleased with their service. •Keep dining room clean, organized, and make sure bathrooms are clean•Clean and prep all of the dishes and work area’s in order to create a clean, flowing, positive work and dinning environment for all.

•Make and serve food to customers, in a fast and pleasant manner.•Take customers’ orders and handle the bills efficiently, and promptly.•Prep the work areas to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone. •Answering phones, help customers place delivery and catering orders, as well as delivering orders. •Consistently greeting customers in a timely fashion, and with a uplifting friendly demeanor.
