I'm currently Business Process Manager for Hire to Retire. A linking pin between IT and HR persons in the business. A translator of business needs into possibilities in the available applications.In my former job I was an operational process manager for Change and Configuration Management.The following activities are part of my job:* implement improvements in the processes.* internal training and guidance on these processes * organize SIAM workshops.* participating in external and executing internal audits.* chair of the Change Advisory Board.Beside this job I was also a long time responsible for Change and Release Management (SAP ChaRM). Because that was at the start a validated system, I know how to work with CSV applications. Describing and testing what will be changed is a must.In this role I decided which improvements should be done in the system and I was responsible for the training for end users. I took the lead in upgrades that were executed by suppliers.Until December 2016 I was as a business solution consultant and solution designer working as an abap lead. Reading and creating functional designs and translating this to the work to be done was common work. Of course, creating or judging the cost estimate was part of the job.This team was remotely and consisted of about 10 persons. At the end we had transformed this as a black box principle and our supplier could take over this work.Next to this I was also participating and leading IT projects where mainly interfaces were created between different applications. Also, I was the ERP application architect and participating as such in a project: to guide that the requirements and regulations were adhered to. I started my career as an SAP HR consultant with experience of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, the Dutch pension module and SAP ABAP.Also, a general knowledge about payroll, time and ESS.
