National Dispatch Coordinator
Current- Schedule service calls with clients nationwide- Plan and maintain daily schedule for service technicians- Distribute service tickets to remote technicians- Rearrange schedule as required when absences occur- Respond to customer service inquiries by phone, email or chat function- Open service tickets by email or phone and complete and close tickets- Enter time bills for technicians’ time worked- Create quotes and sales orders for parts required- Obtain Purchase orders as required for processing orders and provide purchase order numbers to obtain equipment- Work with partnering companies to source equipment as needed- Prepare monthly service reports for clients - Conduct weekly ticket update meetings with customers
