Manage JLR Serial life programs in Slovakia plant. Coordinate serial life program team interms of ECR management, facelift program launch and VAVE negotiation both internally and externally.

In charge of JLR business acquisition and development. Internally act as acquisition manager to lead the internal acquisition team and externally act as sales manager to make offer and price negotiation.In charge JLR sales for program in development phase mainly related to ECR management and customer customer intimacy

• Act as window for Customer RFQ package (Main customers are CAPSA/DPCA), coordinate and organize with cross functions, build internal acquisition project team and kick off the acquisition activity.• Coordinate work packages tasks and ensure their accomplishment.• Ensure the right out put from team member and to be a time keeper to make sure the work packages are delivered on time with qualified content. • Challenge internal cost estimation to make sure the cost is on the right level.• Analyze company requirements & perform first risk analysis. Support the management team to make the decision for the acquisition go or not go.• Set sales/cost target for program.• Create the RFQ reply with target sales price.• Prepare and submit the RFQA to Management if relevant.

In charge of Program Management System, support local program management system application.• Lead PMS team enhance the application of LOCAL program management system in China. • As a window between China and France, consolidate all China projects and support management team report to France group director on regular basic. • Support Budget preparation of the company. Give clear report regarding the Headcount budget for the coming year to support management team to set up the saving target. • Acting as company trainer to train the new comer especially will future work for program team with training topic "Program management system". More than 200 people have received the training; also is invited to other countries such as Japan & Korea to make the workshop regarding PMS. • Support Local program manager to pass the annual program audit, China programs win the best score in pass 2 years in worldwide, best practices have been shared globally as benchmark.

In charge of China Program Management system build and implementation.• Work with Group team to build up specific LOCAL program management system in China for more than 20 China projects, support management team to follow up the projects and dig out the risk and issue.• Act as administrator of PSNext in China(Only one), work with group to solve local China issue and give local user support.• Support Budget preparation of the company. Give clear report regarding the Headcount budget for the coming year to support management team to set up the saving target.

In charge of DPCA W2 program Sales• Coordinate between Engineering, Purchasing, Quality to ensure clear track of engineering change during program phase, clear consolidation of Cost/sales. • Based on the cost, make proper sales proposal to customer and achieve the agreement through negotiation.• Clear follow up of program selling price, support smooth transfer between program and plant. • Organize regular meeting with customer to clarify and make agreement on major sales topic/issue.
