• Responsible for hiring top talent for R&D center• Responsible for hiring top MBA graduates for APAC sales & marketing rotation program• Design & implement internship pilot program for Indonesia, Singapore & Hong Kong as well as regular intern hiring in APAC countries• End to end staffing support for China and South East Asia Sales & Marketing team, the position ranging from sales, marketing, technical engineering & operation in Tier 1 cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen as well as Tier 2 cities like Nanjing, Taiyuan, Kunming, etc.• Create and maintain relationships with identified/potential talents; build up a dynamic & active cooperation with hiring managers. • Drive social media platform to be more effective online recruitment channel• Cross-functional collaboration with HR legal, C&B, Payroll, Immigration to make smooth critical hiring etc.

Business HR • Provide general HR support to R&D Group with 650+ employees all over in PRC (mainly Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen)• Provide HR consultation to managers and employees in kinds of HR matters, with particular focus on performance management, career development, compensation process facilitation, and managing change• Partner with Business Unit managers to set up right HR focus on building strong organization capability.HR Legal Operations • Own PRC HR policies & guidelines portal, partner with others on regional/global employmet guidelines programs • ODI Data management, employee case summary review, conduct tool audit, and develop BKMs, do regular ER issue reporting and analysis. • Work with internal/external partners for regional budget management/payment facilitation.• Responsible for new hire integration and deliver tool trainings• Actively design programs for Org Health.
