Jenny Young is a named partner at Vela Wood where she serves as Chair of the Firm’s employment law practice and Director of the Firm's internal non-profit initiative, Vela Wood Forward (VW FWD). In her practice, Jenny advises employers on a multitude of employment-related matters ranging from day-to-day general employment operations and restrictive covenant enforcement to agency investigations, wage audits and complex M&A transactions. Jenny also represents c-suite, high-level, and key employees in compensation and separation negotiations.
