Develop, execute TA operations and process • Develop a recruitment and channel strategy that cost effectively delivers sources for drawing a strong candidate pool • Utilize recruitment technology systems, process enhancements, and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.• Understand and remain aware of industry and market trends, and how they affect sourcing, attraction, and retention of talent.• partners with business and HR leadership (e.g. BU Managers, Business HR Managers, etc.) regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics.• Draws upon full industry knowledge to provide input on finding functional talent (best sourcing/recruiting channels and methods), which includes utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence.• Provide full cycle recruiting services including job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers for executive positionsProject & Campaign • Lead the Campus recruitment activities such as campus talk, open day and summer intern programs based on the hiring needs of business.• Lead annual Vendor selection and management to engage the vendor efficiency.• Champion Employer Branding, develop framework to support local Division to promote Diversity & Inclusion.Talent management • Liaise with HRBP/business managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs, implementing the activities such as succession planning, talent reviews, performance management.• Support the validation of internal talents to build leadership pipeline (talent review, assessment and calibration);

2015.01-2016.01: Early Talent & Branding Specialist • Lead the Campus recruitment activities such as campus talk, open day and summer intern programs based on the hiring needs of business.• Keep close relationship with target universities and build up campus recruitment pipeline• Champion Employer Branding, develop framework to promote Country culture of Diversity & Inclusion2011.01-2015.01: Talent Acquisition partner• Work closely with HR Partners and line managers to understand the business requirements on recruitment.• Develop proactive & creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create pipelines for critical openings.• Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.• Advice appropriate interview skill and process to HR partner and business hiring manager• Lead the Campus recruitment activities such as campus talk, open day and summer intern programs based on the hiring needs of business.• Lead annual Vendor selection and management to engage the vendor efficiency.• Participate in the campaigns of EVP such as employee day, Diversity & Inclusion.
