I oversaw operations and project management at the national headquarters of the international educational, therapeutic, and career development playhouse model program for individuals with Down Syndrome. In this role, I led a five-person paid staff in addition to as many as 500 volunteers each year in accomplishing activities that included community fairs, family and third-party events, parties, tours, and donor visits. I also hired and trained the full-time team, helmed Human Resources, and performed our data management through Salesforce CRM.I continuously pursued funding and revenue opportunities through community grants, as well as fundraising initiatives such as special events, family connections, and community partnerships. As the Artistic Director, I created wide-ranging programs for dance academy targets ranging from preschool to adult markets. I oversaw the school's administration, event planning, budgeting controls, and class and work scheduling for the more than 20-member artistic team.
