𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 | 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 My journey in Venture Capital and impact investment has been fueled by a simple belief: “𝐼𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑑𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑒 𝑣𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑 - 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛 𝑎 𝑤𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛 𝑎 𝑓𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑦, 𝑎 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛”. As a 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐂, I work with seed- and growth-stage tech startups. While our VC’s investment portfolio is diverse, my personal mission is to amplify the impact of 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏-𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 that push boundaries and drive inclusive development.Growing up and working across multiple countries (from the East to the West), I always value the power of human connection across cultures and borders. In my role as a 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐂𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐞𝐱-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫), I promote partnerships among Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucasus and the United States, advancing cross-regional collaboration in investment, education, and technology. Leading the 2023 CAMCA Regional Forum, we were able to bring together leaders from 26 countries —a testament to the strength of unified regional vision.Recognized as a “𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧” by the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community and a “𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧” by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). At UNDP Kyrgyzstan, I spearheaded innovation as the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at this UN global innovative “Accelerator Lab”.My previous career trajectory has spanned roles advising national governments (Advisor to the Minister), founding investment consultancy business (Founder & CEO) and leading the Association of Social Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan (Chair). This journey has been shaped by my strong academic foundations in the USA & Singapore, and enriched by my quadrilingual skills (English, Chinese, Russian, Kyrgyz), which allow me to connect and create across cultures.Now coming to the Silicon Valley 🇺🇸, I am driven to support global innovators who, like me, believe in a future where impactful solutions know no borders. By investing in diverse founders, advocating for women-led innovation, and bridging regions through meaningful collaboration, I’m here to realize my purpose to serve more people who shape the Futures.
