Non-profit organisation working to promote entrepreneurship among Swedish students and to facilitate relationships between industry and Swedish school systems. The organisation is a part of the global organisation JA Worldwide and consist of 130 employees located all over Sweden.My role included long-term planning to find sustainable structures for a strong and active alumni network, close contact with the business community and coordinating 52 regional managers. I represented Sweden within the global alumni network and worked to improve the collaborations between countries. Communicating through digital platforms with content including videos, campaigns and podcasts played a vital part in my role. I also worked with fundraising and had close contact with sponsors regarding valuable content and activities.

Fitness24Seven is a global fitness chain with over 250 centres in six counties providing gyms, group training and personal training. Fitness24Seven Skanstull is one of the largest fitness centres in Stockholm. My responsibilities included daily management and leading a team of receptionist, personal trainers and group fitness instructors. Our aim was to ensure a top class customer experience from the reception to the gym area or group fitness class. I was responsible for recruiting, scheduling and evaluating group fitness instructors.
