I’m Jenny and I'm passionate about tracking research and coaching.With over 15 years' experience as a quantitative researcher and analyst, I have worked client side for consumer champion Which? And, as Managing Director for a leading full-service research agency, with some of the country’s best loved brands including O2 and John Lewis. In 2020, I qualified as a professional coach.Today, I run two growing businesses.Although they are different in many ways, the driving force is the satisfaction I get from supporting people. This is what truly motivates me.FeedForward Research combines techniques from the worlds of research, analytics and strategy to help research agencies boost the value and impact of tracking programmes.
