DanceBoissiere is dance company under the artistic direction of Jenny Boissiere. As an all-female ensemble, we work collaboratively to create evocative dance works that allow women from various backgrounds to be seen and respected as full, expressive beings. We are powerful, interdependent, and unapologetic in the spaces we occupy, be they onstage, onsite, or on-screen.

Comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor, I am qualified to teach on the reformer, mat, chair, ladder barrel and Cadillac. - Acted as a liaison between the brand and several venues to launch pilot programs: Hennessy’s Cognac & Cocktails and Midleton’s Irish Whiskey Experience at The Dead Rabbit. - Assumed NYC team lead in pre-planning Hennessy pilot events. Ensured that each venue was on brand by ordering additional décor, flowers and furniture all while adhering to budget- Scouted recommended venues and in collaboration with Client Services Director, provided guidance to venues on event schedule, logistics, food options, products and supply needs for each event- Collaborated with venues’ Special Events Directors to ensure proper setup and breakdown of signage, glassware, and featured products - Oversaw onsite activation and supervised 3-5 event staff, managed guest list and flow of presentation- Provided post-event wrap up summarizing guest experience, brand feedback, and logistics

- Temporary position, brought on for 6 months prior to parade day. The 11th annual Dance Parade featured over 10,000 dancers from all over the United States as well as several international groups- Coordinated with Exec. Director to create and execute parade day run-of-show for opening ceremony, production and logistics timeline, and parade lineup (150 groups and 70 vehicles) - Acted as main contact for registration: confirmed participants, followed up on payments, organized and ran info sessions to provide pertinent information for parade day- Day-of event management duties: oversaw setup and breakdown of participant and vehicle registration and VIP areas, liaison to NYC Parks Dept. and NYPD, and coordinated deliveries with outside vendors (port-a-sans, bleachers for grandstand, audio carts and sound systems for floats, and various production items and equipment)- Day-of event production duties: opening ceremony and ribbon cutting, volunteer distribution needs, problem solving on parade route, and spacing of vehicles and groups

- Managed administrative registration process for over 10 workshops and events during the busy non-profit's spring/summer season. Provided customer service and support to registrants - Processed applications and tracked participant information for Artist-Residence, Judson Performance series, workshop and special event participants through Excel and File Maker Database - Assisted in planning of annual June gala: obtained in-kind donations, called and coordinated with vendors, provided pre-event administrative support and on-site event assistance

As a trainer for the NYC DOE, I presented the K-5th grade Move To Improve DOE curriculum to large audiences (20-60) of teachers throughout the greater NYC area. I also assisted in day of event setup, registration, and coordination.

- Organized and maintained 1M dollar program budget.- Arranged travel for 20+ employees, created agendas and meeting schedules.- Created all marketing materials for program including brochures, email blasts, flyers, newsletters,and posters which increased registration of daycare centers.- Developed and designed mass recruitment mailings for 2,000 NYC daycares.- Recruited participants though cold calls and email, and secured venues for educational nutritiontrainings.
