Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefit Design and Administration, HRIS management, Compensation, Compliance and much more for approximately 50+ employees globally.Select Accomplishments:- Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for entire organization, with primary focus on technical roles.- Managed and trained employees and leaders on an updated performance management program.- Worked closely with a PEO on HR administrative duties such as Payroll, Benefits and Compliance.- Implemented the Organizations first HRIS system, BambooHR.

Challenged to expand and elevate the newly developed role of an HR Business Partner. Provide HR leadership and support to the global services organization, finance, accounting, HR, marketing and consulting operations—comprising 300+ employees and executive leaders, including the CMO, CFO, and COO. Partner closely with HR counterparts in regions to ensure alignment to HR and corporate objectives.

Recruited to assist in the change management and implementation of the HR business partner model to the newly acquired ExactTarget—operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Led the integration across R&D, Technology, and Sales teams, comprising ~1k employees.Select Accomplishments:—Partnered with leaders at acquired ExactTarget, to overcome negative perceptions of change, and guided alignment to strategic objectives, playing a key role in the successful integration and adoption of Salesforce’s HR Business Partner structure.—Championed the establishment of the LGBT Alliance group, and expanded it to 150+ employees, improving employee engagement and corporate social responsibility through participation and sponsorship of community events.—Managed a number of employee-relations issues—related to sexual harassment, retaliation, bullying, and misrepresentation of information, developing a trusted advisor relationship with legal team, and partnering closely with business leaders to prevent, correct, and/or resolve issues.—Planned, developed, and managed employee-relations programs, policies, and procedures, guiding business leaders on interpretation of policies, and providing support in driving the desired behavioral outcomes.

Selected for a role within close proximity to home to support the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices—including benefits, payroll, and employee relations for an organization comprising 200 employees.Select Accomplishments:—Leveraged antiquated and proprietary technology systems to create a professional HR presence—in lieu of no HRIS, automating payroll activities, to gain two days of productivity, and executing online pay stubs and org charts.—Oversaw and managed the administration of payroll and benefits for 200 employees, ensuring timely and accurate communications and execution.

Hired as the executive assistant to the CEO, and quickly promoted through a series of increasingly responsible HR roles to lead the administration of global benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and group life, HSA, FSA, and 401(k)—for an organization with light speed growth. Select Accomplishments:—Played an integral role in launching the company’s first parental leave program, developing and executing an integrated online program and launch campaign—that won a national award, and earned recognition and inquiry from other companies in the Indianapolis area.—Supported rapid company growth and scale—from 250 employees to 3000 during my tenure, partnering with HR leaders to select benefits providers, establishing and executing benefits plans for employees in newly acquired companies in London and Australia, and assisting in the hiring of benefits administrators in those countries.—Championed and led the successful development and execution of the company’s first wellness fair, creating an employee wellness program, and driving double the participation and vendors in subsequent years. —Partnered with a companywide team in the implementation of the company’s first HR Information System (HRIS), acting as a liaison and expert for the HR benefits function, and managing the benefits data transition to Workday.—Managed the annual execution of the open enrollment program (period), developing a communication strategy, coordinating on-site informational meetings, and ensuring configuration of HRIS.—Led the onboarding of 1500+ new domestic and international employees, improving onboarding processes to increase time to productivity, and meet the needs of employees.—Partnered with a third-party broker in the management and execution of a Wellness Committee—delivering annual flu shots to employees, an annual Corporate Challenge event, and on-site health screenings.
