Experienced and dedicated Program and Project Manager with a proven track record in driving positive change within pre-hospital, hospital, and healthcare sectors. My passion lies in conducting grant-funded pre-hospital research, collaborating with EMS agencies to collect data that fuels change and improvement within their systems, and creating impactful programs that break down barriers, particularly for women and traditionally underrepresented groups in the EMS/Fire sector.In my role as the State Coordinator of the Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival (CARES) program in Washington and Alaska, I collaborate closely with numerous EMS agencies and hospitals. Together, we identify opportunities to improve survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest examining each link in the chain of survival.At King County EMS, my responsibilities include managing grant-funded pre-hospital research projects and publications, effectively driving innovation within the field. My skill set extends to comprehensive data management, analysis, and establishing effective government relations, as well as fostering productive collaborations with local, national, and international partners, and public speaking. I am a dedicated advocate for equity and social justice in healthcare.I serve as the DEI Liaison to the King County Fire Chiefs Diversity Subcommittee and co-chair the King County EMS DEI Network, with a shared goal of fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the fire service. Additionally, I have the privilege of teaching at the Resuscitation Academy, where I emphasize the transformative potential of data collection in driving positive change.With an MPH from Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, and Population Health, I'm passionate about public health and community engagement.
