At Crowdmix I was part of a close-knit Creative Services team, and oversaw junior designers as well as managed my own workload within a start-up environment. I worked on the branding and marketing materials for the highly anticipated social music app running up to it’s release, as well as producing numerous presentations to help secure investment, at times under extremely tight deadlines.

A boutique design agency servicing the music industry, focusing on record labels, artists, venues and later corporate clients. Clients included Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Circus Records, Hotels.com, Gymbox and Lovestruck.com. I partnered with the founder, who assumed the role of Creative Director whilst I worked as a designer over a period of five years. Working on many different genres of music enabled me to develop a high range of design skills in different styles. I also assisted with the development of a junior member of the team.

Storm provided the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects large and small for clients such as Adidas, Laithwaites Wines, Glenfarclas, Hachette and Essex Countryside. Projects ranged from branding to web design, illustration and publishing. I learnt a lot from my colleagues at Storm, developing my design and typography skills and excelling in logo and branding projects.
