Initiate, co-ordinate and monitor the rehabilitation process in consultation with all stakeholders to ensure a successful return to pre injury duties. Assessment of a return to work program is needed, particularly if an employee is likely to be absent from work for more than 10 days. Contract a comcare approved rehabilitation provider and actively manage to ensure quality and cost effective program is developed. Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the injured employee is provided with suitable duties. Management of rehabilitation and return to work programs through SAP to drive continuous improvement and allow to better measure and improve the rehabilitation performance. Where necessary arrange independent medical examination to ascertain an injured employees capability to carry out a rehabilitation program.

Provision of administrative support to General Manager and Department which included managing and organising of diary, travel, accommodation, office supplies and maintenance of office equipment. Processing of invoices in SAP. Monitoring of department budget.
