Partner-branded card with BankID signing and customized invoice. In this project we developed a solution which enables customers to apply for partner-branded credit cards through the web, and sign their contract with BankID. In this business critical project, we also included a solution allowing for charging service fees and presenting them on the same invoice as card purchases. My responsibility was to drive the project forward and implement it according to the project directives; Lead and motivate the project team of about 16 members with roles such as system analysts, test leaders, architects, specialists and developers in India. I handled the flow of information to the project's stakeholders, steering group and sales finance partner. I was also responsible for development and go-live as well as project documentation, status reports and planning and delivering the product on deadline.Rebranding of bank statements and E-invoices in connection with the acquisition of GE Money Bank. My main responsibility was to drive the project forward, lead and motivate the project team, consisting of 5 members including developers and testers. The project was responsible for requirements gathering as well as development. In this role I ran the project and was responsible for project documentation, status reports, planning and delivery of the project.

Examples of projects that I have led:The implementation of Electronic Invoices, that enables our customers to get their invoices directly to their own internet bank instead of paper invoice. Several hundred applications are received every month. Received an award from senior management for my engagement and customer alignment.Resource planning project which was the start-up for the multi-skills teams at Operations. As a result front line agents at Collection outbound received training to help Customer Sales and responded to 700 phone calls, resulting in reduced idle time, lowered abandon rate and increased team corporation. The multi-skills teams has continued to grow continuously after close-out of the project.The implementation of a new case handling system for our Fraud department which improved and simplified the reporting, increased our Nordic corporation, and shortened the handling time for cases by more than 5 minutes on average.Furthermore I've chaired in the GE Women’s Network Stockholm. The GE Women’s Network’s mission is to foster professional employees development to grow, attract and retain successful employees throughout GE. In this role I had the main responsible for the budget as well as the operational plan with approximately 10 larger events and approximately 20 smaller group networks meetings annually. I also retained and recruited new steering group members. During this period I have been in regular contact with Business leaders as well as Global/Nordic networks. The Stockholm network has approximately 300 active members.
