As a supply chain operator, I am responsible in executing end-to-end movements of shipments within a regional network, including ocean or air and LCL imports and exports. My role is crucial in ensuring the highest standard of Flexport quality, where shipments move on time and exceptions are handled appropriately. I am responsible for ensuring that my work satisfies internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate quality delivery. Testing scalable operational infrastructure and procedures to ensure they deliver the highest levels of efficiency and productivity for my customers and within our new operational model. As part of my job, I execute the movement of ocean freight shipments within a regional network, including intermodal movements.My responsibilities are adaptive, which means I help implement operational infrastructure and procedures in the day-to-day workflow while constantly identifying and executing opportunities to realize optimal efficiency and productivity. I empower Account Management by participating in feedback loops to ensure client needs are met. I use metrics to spot opportunities to improve and deliver great performance in my role, including data quality and shipment milestone timeliness. Additionally, I act as a consultant to my regional team, product, and engineering, and the operations excellence team on ocean supply chain operations.

* Perform a minimum of three check-ins to the Rec Center per week. * During Check-ins, I had to fill out a report stating what I observed (Who was working, how many people were in the facility, if there were any problems/conflicts including any problems with staff, and how I remediated any issues). * Ensure that co-workers are performing their duties correctly during shifts that I share with them or during the check-ins. * Schedule a meeting with the boss once a week to update them about any problems/conflicts that I had observed.
