I am a senior marketing and communications professional with over 17 years of experience collaborating and leading teams in national and global organizations. I am passionate about creating and delivering strategic marketing and communication plans that align with organizational values and growth objectives. I have a strong reputation as a trusted, collaborative, and innovative leader who thrives in an inclusive work environment of organizations committed to making positive social impact.Currently the Director of Marketing and Communications for KPMG in Greater Vancouver, I lead marketing for the region, which has grown to encompass a comprehensive suite of platforms to engage with external stakeholders and to foster brand trust. I also oversee the marketing strategies for key growth areas to support business and relationship development and market recognition for the firm. I am particularly proud to participate in the local Women in Leadership and Inclusion & Diversity Councils. Most recently, I worked with an amazing team on a purpose driven campaign, #Whatisyourstory, to drive a more inclusive workplace culture, which was a finalist at the BCAMA’s Marketing Excellence Award in 2019 and recieved the KPMG Impact Award for Inclusion and Mental Health in 2021. I have volunteered with the Vancouver Chapter of Ascend Canada, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhance the presence, visibility and influence of current and future Pan-Asian business leaders, since its inception in 2013. I was formerly the Co-VP of Marketing and Communications and has recently shifted my involvement to be Co-VP Membership, helping to drive engagement with existing and new members.
