A couple of years later, when I made an early seed stage investment in another company, I did so only on condition that she be hired as the COO. AutoEntry was made up of 272 really impressive employees at the time of acquisition, circa 400 by the time I left Sage and yet, If I was ever to start another company again, Jenny would absolutely be the first person I would want to hire or more likely, want to cofound it with. She is far too humble for her own good. I honestly can't speak highly enough of her. I should point out too that I am a very hard person to please - much too hard according to many of my former employees. So bear that in mind when reading this.
