Aaramba's products helps students visualize objects and concepts in 3-D, and provide compelling multi layer content that is intuitive and engaging, thereby emphasizing core concepts. Aaramba's products are novel, user friendly, ubiquitous, networked, collaborative and allow a platform for lifelong learning.

Responsible for developing and executing national marketing strategies to build brand loyalty and increase traffic and sales for shopping centers and retailers. Charged with development of new initiatives including shopper rewards program, targeted segmentation (domestic and international B2B travel market, college students, Hispanic market) and cause marketing. Managed internal services and outside agencies (creative design development, digital production, printing, media, staffing) to ensure consistency in brand/messaging, efficiencies, quality, and legal compliance.

Identified potential markets and assets for redevelopment including traditional and non-traditional uses. Managed research projects to quantify potential as well as develop new and enhanced brand positioning. Developed PR and communication strategies for complex projects including TIF (Tax Incremental Financing) and community partnerships. Partnered with cross-functional disciplines to produce sales and communication materials to retailers, community leaders, and internal Capital Committee.

Led the marketing strategy and annual strategic plan development, brand positioning, market and consumer research, consumer sales strategies, and communication strategies for the eastern region (40+ properties) from Maine to Florida. Developed and managed the company's hospitality and tourism program targeting both international and domestic travelers, media partners, travel writers, and travel industry partnership development.

Managed the southeast region of shopping centers for external pension fund and private equity clients. Responsible for marketing strategy, PR and communications, sales promotions and tourism. Spearheaded efforts to initiate international marketing dept. to quantify and qualify tourism market opportunity from the greater Latin American region. Developed a marketing program to exploit the emerging tourism market and business opportunities at Phipps Plaza arising from the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta. This effort included sponsorships with UPS, Mercedes Benz, VISA, American Express, The United States Equestrian Team, and the International Olympic Committee and resulted in net operating income increase and sales increase of 20%.
