    I have taken a career break this past year to spend time with family, travel, learn some new things and figure out what's next in my career. First I took a trip home to Ireland for a few months, then onto Spain before making few stops in the US before returning to San Diego. I became a certified Pound Pro (fitness instructor). After many years of weekly work travel, I was finally in one place long enough to do something I have always wanted to do, I became a foster Mom to many tiny adorable puppies. Such a rewarding experience! This time away has reinvigorated my passion for solving problems, building cohesive, happy teams, and delivering products and projects that delight customers. I have loved every minute of my time off but now I'm ready for my next career adventure!

As a member of the mergers and acquisitions team I had been involved in the strategy, planning, and closing of the acquisition. I was responsible for the conversion of Solekai client contracts to Fairway paper and the ensured continuity of business without impact to service. In addition, I transitioned Solekai resources to the new organization and acted as an advocate in salary and title negotiations.As a result of Fairway’s expansion, it was necessary for the company to move office location. I oversaw the build out of a 22,000 sq ft office space and facilitated the merging of three offices into one location. During this time, I retained responsibility for scoping new projects, negotiating contracts, building teams and delivering milestones to multiple clients including a US ticket sales and distribution company and one of the world’s largest water technology companies.Fairway Technologies was acquired by Accenture in August 2019.
