Jenny Gu is a CEO - China at Richemont, seasoned executive in luxury, retail and sports at Richemont. To name a few achievements from our cross-functional collaboration was converting from a push sell-in model to a pull model based on demand, in conjunction with speed to market where we built industry-unique timelines from cradle to grave, in terms of product creation to launch of the product in store & at Li Ning's digital webshop. Beyond her impressive professional expertise and performance, I also learned and enjoyed Jenny's cultural support to me as a non-Asian member in the leadership team in mainland PRC, which was a great learning curve for me, in comparison to any of the international brand operations hubs in PRC.
