I am a seasoned business and marketing executive with 20 years of consulting and operating experience across the US and Asia. I am currently a brand strategy & innovation partner in Lippincott’s Hong Kong office in charge of Greater China & APAC region. I specialize in developing & executing consumer-driven brand strategies that power continuous business growth.While at Lippincott, I have led brand programs for a variety of Chinese and multi-national clients including Samsung, Cathay Pacific, M&Ms Retail, LGT Private Banking, UnionPay, LePan Media, OPPO, Coolpad and Ingersoll-Rand. My expertise includes brand architecture, brand positioning, customer experience innovation, integrated marketing campaigns (including PR, traditional and digital advertising, social media, media planning), retail marketing, consumer and shopper insights and new product development.Prior to Lippincott, I was in brand management at The Clorox Company where I was the brand steward and business lead for several beloved US $1 billion dollar household brands including Clorox, Glad and Liquid-Plumr. Our breakthrough marketing campaign for the launch of Liquid-Plumr Double Impact garnered numerous industry awards in 2012 including AdAge Viral Video of the Year, Cannes Film Shortlist, and Clio Shortlist. I have a 100% success rate in new product development and was directly responsible for the successful launches of Liquid-Plumr Penetrex, Liquid-Plumr Double Impact, and Glad Trash ForceFlex Grip the Can, as well as creating the co-branding of Glad Trash OdorShield with Febreze (a Proctor & Gamble brand). Earlier, I worked in venture capital as a senior associate at MMC Capital in Boston. I began my career as a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), where I was instrumental in setting up the Hong Kong and Beijing offices. I have a B.S. in economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
