Genesys Works is a professional development and college access program that empowers rising high school seniors through classroom training and a year-long paid internship. The initial eight week of summer training include: • Professional skills training such as business etiquette, conflict resolution, communications, and public speaking • Technical skills training such as MSFT Office, data analytics (excel focus on v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, etc.), and fundamentals of technical support Young profession training•Develop essential workplace skills, such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, clocking in and professionalism.•Gain hands-on technical training in areas like computer applications, data analytics, or other technology-related fields.•Learn business etiquette to navigate professional environments, including workplace behavior and networking.•Introduction to project management concepts, learning how to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.•Understand workplace culture and dynamics to thrive in professional settings.•Explore different career paths and identify strengths for future opportunities.•Receive mentorship and support from our cohort throughout the program.•Overall professionalism in workforce, work and quality of work.

Worked in teams using Agile/Scrum to create company’s Branding, Social Media Marketing and Business Development efforts.Results: Assisted company with Covid_19 comeback efforts

•Provided highly individualized and tailored one-on-one tutoring elementary and high school students across a diverse range of subjects, ensuring that their unique learning needs and academic goals were met with precision and care.•Assessed students' knowledge, skill gaps, and learning styles to create customized tutoring plans. Designed engaging lessons targeting their strengths and areas needing improvement.• I continuously monitored and evaluated student progress through formative assessments and ongoing feedback sessions. •I cultivated a nurturing and motivating environment that encouraged students to take ownership of their learning journey.
