The unit is underpinned by positive psychology principles as well as contemporary model of work behaviour that identifies the importance of mastery, agility, and proactivity for success in today's complex and changing organisations.

Facilitator of the award winning LAUNCH program that aims to deepen and accelerate the learning outcomes for candidates of the UWA Business School Master of Administration program. During my employment at KPMG, I worked with both the Health and Human Services and the People and Change Team.My role as a Senior Manager with the Health and Human Services team preceded a move to the Business Process Improvement team based in Western Australia where I had the opportunity to further develop my change management experience.This role had a focus on supporting organisations to manage the people side of change, through leadership development, managing stakeholder engagement and developing effective communication and training programs.This included the transformation of organisations through the alignment of change teams around the strategy and required performance, creating a vision and a case and sense of urgency for change, identifying and understanding how the various levers of change are supposed to work and interact, and crafting appropriate communication strategies and plans. The role required a demonstration of the ability to provide a range of experience in the provision of consultancy services aimed at both the design and facilitation of strategic change planning and management and in the design and management of change projects using a range of change and business process improvement methodologies and tools combined with project management. This role afforded me the opportunity to spend a year working on the Perth Children's Hospital Project where I had responsibility for the following:* Development of Change Management Strategy and Change Management Plan* Development of Project Definition Documents for the Clinical and Corporate Commissioning projects* Development of Business Case for Commissioning and ICT Funding for Perth Children's Project
