I believe every business owner/manager has the answers; my job is to help them discover those answers, motivate change, and support them through the process.I began my career in recruitment in 2000 after relocating to Switzerland from the United States. I have always been someone who takes risks, and after packing up my two daughters and moving to a country where I didn't speak the language and had no real career prospects, I was lucky to discover the recruitment industry! After a year of experience, I saw the opportunity to do things differently. So, with a partner and the support of my family, I took the risk and co-founded The Stamford Group! I had some challenging years over my career, years where I questioned everything and had to do some deep personal work to get through it all. However, these Challenges helped me create tools to build resilience and tenacity, which I now share with the people I coach.Now it's my turn to give back. It's my turn to be there for others as a coach, mentor, and motivator to help my clients achieve their goals faster and with less stress.
