I have always been someone who takes risks, and after packing up my two daughters and moving to a country where I didn't speak the language and had no real career prospects, I was lucky to discover the recruitment industry! After a year of experience, I saw the opportunity to do things differently. So, with a partner and the support of my family, I took the risk and co-founded The Stamford Group! I had some challenging years over my career, years where I questioned everything and had to do some deep personal work to get through it all. However, these Challenges helped me create tools to build resilience and tenacity, which I now share with the people I coach.Now it's my turn to give back.
