Develop and implement world-class Engineering Strategy and Operational Intelligence. Inform and guide Intel's executive staffs on best-in-class Engineering practices and trends and recommend actionable operational targets to drive the Intel engineering machines.Produce primary, often novel research and analysis work products, and benchmark engineering practices, methodologies, and capabilities.Indirectly influence and peer-manage a diverse set of technical and business leaders as project teams navigate ambiguous and often contentious unknowns with large potential impact on the corporate direction.Identify key engineering and operational challenges, develop insights, strategies, methodologies, and systems to resolve.

Business Management with Metal Deposition PVD & ALD product divisions.Primary interface between sales and division for multiple customers; advise on product pricing; program-manages account/division efforts; follows through division strategy to achieve market share; own business reviews and financial metrics

Imaging and Process Control BU. Manage next Gen. Metrology product engineering and application development, guide program from conception and planning to implementation, manage schedule and task details.Work with business units across Process, Engineering, Software Solution, Global Product Service, System Design, TPM, MPM, manufacturing, business operation, finance to drive and allocate resources to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for this program; initiates and manages capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.Work with external suppliers to drive engineering design and build to meet technical specification and schedule.

Imaging and Process Control BU. New Gen. Metrology product hardware development and application use cases development on thin film in-vacuum optical measurement.Build and test next Gen. prototype; define, request and validate software features for optimized results presentation and user interface.Work on 1st Gen. product development, product release, BKM and manual development, and technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing team.

Process Diagnostics and Control, Applied Materials China.Work directly with customers for our wafer inspection and metrology tool evaluation and market penetration, application support in customers' High Volume Production Foundry environment. Support application use case development and products market penetration.Formulate competitive responses, support sales function on marketing activities.

Process Diagnostics and Control BU. Strategic marketing/Application Development/Product Demonstration of Bright Field and Dark Field Wafer Inspection tools.Manage PDC install base tools’ performance and proliferation in key Applied Materials north America accounts, provide technical support to account team, participate field activities and tool evaluation.
