As an individual, my guiding star has always been a commitment to doing right by people. In my professional life, I have found that the field of UX design is the perfect path to put this principle into practice. UX not only encourages a growth mindset but also provides a plethora of collaborative tools for discovery, ideation, and design. Through facilitating workshops and actively involving employees from diverse levels and areas of expertise, we have successfully crafted innovative solutions that not only meet the needs of our clients but also deliver a high return on investment. Creating cross-collaboration ideation opportunities is both a passion and an obsession for me because, at the end of the day, it's all about doing right by our clients.When I'm not busy wielding my UX wizardry, you can find me playing the role of a fun-loving and supportive wife and mother to my four incredible girls. My days are devoted to doing right by them and encouraging their passions and pursuits. But that's not all - as a fitness enthusiast and passionate Barre and Pilates instructor, I also love to help others achieve their fitness goals. And let's be real, I do have a bit of a sweet tooth - donuts are my kryptonite. But as they say, life is all about balance, so I make sure to indulge in moderation.
