Within the workshop my responsibilities included the coordination of the recall of vehicles for maintenance, liaising with officers and technicians to ensure minimum downtime. During my time at the workshop I wrote over 100 working practices for tasks to enable new members of staff to learn processes with minimum intervention and devised methods which were approved to streamline processes and procedures. I redesigned the department's internal website, produced and distributed regular KPI's and participated actively in inter-department meetings along with various adhoc project work.
