Managed the development and execution of TVision's go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, was responsible for all areas of brand and product marketing, including content, demand generation, social media, paid media, and sales enablement. Created new Demand Generation function. Established lead score model and implemented a content-driven campaign strategy, resulting in a 77% increase in MQLs, 208% increase in SQLs, and contributed to 15% of new opportunities in its first year. Directed content marketing program for data-driven reports, webinars, blogs, owned and paid campaigns, and press.

Worked in NCR's corporate marketing and public affairs department, managed content strategy for the company’s thought leadership content, marketing programs, and product pages. Partnered closely with internal product marketing stakeholders in banking, retail, and hospitality, as well as external agencies to build audience-centric content and campaigns that amplified NCR’s position as a cross-industry thought leader and generated measurable demand for the company’s products and services.

Established Cardlytics' new content marketing function. Managed entire content process and calendar from ideation to production to distribution for reports, blogs, case studies, social, email marketing, and sales enablement materials. Launched State of Spend report series to help marketers track weekly changes in consumer spend and provide actionable tips to drive growth.

Responsible for managing industry event strategy, overall marketing budget, and content to grow demand for our solutions, generate sales leads, and earn media coverage. Enabled our national sales force by developing marketing strategies for each of our key client verticals and organizing our annual Global Sales Conference—three days of leadership and sales training for 150 sales reps and account managers. Prepared for our February 2018 IPO by coordinating our listing day events across all our US and UK offices.

I originated the role of Client Communications Manager at Cardlytics, which started as a collection of writing projects managed off the side of my desk. In this new role, I created marketing content, technical documentation, and sales collateral that empowered our Bank Account Management Team to communicate our value proposition and scale to 1,500+ financial institutions. By managing Cardlytics’ brand presence at major FinTech industry events—including our largest yearly event, Money20/20—I helped Cardlytics gain significant industry exposure, new sales connections, and business development leads.

Responsible for researching, resolving, and responding to 1,000+ monthly customer inquiries from top US financial institutions. Leveraged my findings to help Cardlytics enhance the program experience for end users. Spearheaded rollout of new internal inquiry tracking solution that increased team productivity by 3x.
