I mitt uppdrag ingår också att vara drivande i Agenda 2030 arbetet samt att eftersom jag tidigare arbetat som kommunekolog ansvara för naturvård- och vattenvårdsfrågor. Enheten hållbar utveckling svarar mot två olika nämnder, där myndighetsutövningen av bygglov, miljö, hälsoskydd och livsmedel sker till bygg- och miljönämnden och resterande sker till kommunstyrelsen.
