• Responsible for national trade investment for all Tree Top brands – over $20MM• Regularly collaborate with Field Sales and Brand Managers to develop/implement trade strategy and deliver budgeted P&L performance metrics for all Tree Top brands• Lead monthly financial reporting of trade spend, variance reporting, and yearly volume/spend projections• Translate brand/product strategies into account specific business/promotional plans with Sales Managers. Act as liaison between Sales and Brand Management to align customer and brand strategies• Lead the annual bottom up planning process including support and analysis for key strategic customers and ongoing feedback with promotional analysis• Drive detailed analysis required to make key decisions on allocation and incremental funding related to corporate initiatives• Collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning to perform accurate SKU level forecasting

• Developed Profitability Management and Planning Tool in Excel which directly shaped ease of promotion planning and accurate contribution margin management• Financial analysis for Customer Marketing through P&L Development, analysis, and customer profitability modeling• Analyze past promotions for volume gains, profitably, and ROI• Facilitate the promotion planning sessions with Sales Managers and brokers to accurately develop a promotional event plan for the next fiscal year. Continuous support and feedback throughout year through promotional analysis• Develop and maintain the trade promotional management program and train field sales on trade and profit tools• Assist Category Manager in development of sale presentations and category analysis

• Manage Post Event Analysis process by accurately updating all Excel templates and ensuring all data is precise and relevant to discussed promotion• Update all Nielsen syndicated data reports monthly and ensure accuracy with data• Manage T-Pro Analytics by aligning all syndicated data promotions and entering retail conditions• Manage P&L analyses and customer profitability modeling spreadsheets• Develop custom account level presentations to convey best scenarios for different promotions• Create What-If Scenarios to accurately predict volumes for future promotions using historical data to ensure accurate planning for each fiscal year
