Provided technical support to the Enbridge CGTM’s Facility Integrity Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Program with day to day pressure equipment integrity data entry and maintenance within Visions. Confirmed validity and completeness for effective asset data accuracy. Provided support to field Planner/Schedulers, Project Managers and Engineering staff on assignments and project activities. Worked independently to gather information for active field projects, prepare and disseminate documents, information packages, and maintaining information databases.Accredited “Super User” for Maximo Asset Data Management. Provided input, support and training for field and office staff on Asset Data Management processes, standards and procedures. Recommended new approaches, enhancements as appropriate.Interacted daily with field Planner/Schedulers for updates on new, moved, inspected and repaired equipment which required data updates within Maximo to maintain exactness of field asset inventory.Created, maintained, updated over 35,000 field asset and location data records, capturing all key specifications required within the Maximo Asset Data Management system resulting in a source of truth for data accuracy.Interpreted P&ID drawings to identify Maximo key equipment. Skillfully assisted the Facilities Construction Engineers with technical administrative support on all wellsite, pipeline and facilities build projects from kick off to completion. Accurately captured and maintained project details within the Facilities management information systems such as Siteview, Generwell, AFENavigator and Maximo. Project support included, but was not limited to, project scheduling, coordination of regulatory applications and approvals, daily field activity reporting, cost control, material transfers, HSSE mandatory certification requirements and project closeout activities.Implemented SiteView facilities and construction information system. In partnership with cross-functional department representatives, decisions were reached by assessment and evaluation regarding data required for daily field activities to be efficiently managed and measured with improved cost reporting. Information included construction, scheduling, cost tracking, daily activities and regulatory requirements.Participated as an intricate part of a team in reconciling approximately $100 mm of Facilities equipment and pipe inventory. While collaborating with Supply Chain and Inventory Accounting my historical knowledge of vendor equipment, pipe, serial numbers and locations enabled the team to reconcile and ultimately zero out the Inventory AFE.Assisted with the measurement of department KPI’s by precisely capturing incident reporting, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, NCR’s and Hazop action items within Maximo. Assisted the Operations Manager with a high-profile sour well project, which encompassed a 3-year period in the West Pembina area. Accurately tracked, compiled and responded to all landowner and resident objections, issues and concerns for the project.Took on the role of co-council to Grizzly Resources contract lawyer, participating in an AER (formerly ERCB) public hearing for two 21% H2S oil wells in the West Pembina Nisku area. Six volumes of information detailing the Objectors issues and concerns was tracked, compiled, submitted and presented as hearing documentation. Leveraging my project knowledge, the process was streamlined to access critical information for the lawyer resulting in a successful, efficient and effective hearing and being granted licenses to drill and operate the wells.Worked in conjunction with the Operations Manager and the AER to comprehend and comply with sour regulations to acquire drilling licenses for the West Pembina sour oil development of 21% H2S. Assisted the Operations Manager by drafting letters and compiling information packages to reply to landowner, residents and objectors’ issues and concerns. Prepared materials with interactive displays for the Community Consultation Event held in Drayton Valley, to keep area residents informed of the proposed development.Assembled all daily field production, drill, completion, workover and construction reports. Composed a “Daily Operation Report” with highlights for distribution to in-house recipients and partners.
