Jennifer Ly is an Investor Relations and IPO advisory professional with experience in media. She's a former broadcast journalist.Ms. Ly holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.B.A.) in International Business and a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) in Public Policy all from the University of Denver. She has studied both domestically and internationally; her higher education includes DU and Georgetown University, as well as time spent abroad at Beijing Foreign Studies University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She earned her second Master’s degree M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University in Chicago.Prior to television news, Ms. Ly was a Vice President of Capital Markets and Compliance at Merrill Corp. She has experience in 1933 & 1934 Securities Act (IPO, M&A, financial reporting), Consulting/Project Management, Stakeholder Relations, Government Relations and Public Relations in energy and natural resources (rare earths and oil & gas). Her on-air experience includes breaking news and general assignment reporting.
