In this role, I'm responsible for project management and the creation and maintenance of various marketing team processes, especially in content and creative development, to maximize efficiency, throughput, and results. Using best Agile marketing practices, I offer guidance on structure, process, and outcomes for major projects, campaigns, and product launches. Additionally, I manage marketing portfolio reporting, including regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and blockers.

Digital Strategies & Development

Managed the execution of a multi-year, million-dollar redesign of the University's website that came in on time and on budget. I served as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, including campus partners at all 10 of VU's schools and colleges. I led a team of web developers and content strategists, including making process improvements (waterfall to agile) and delegating tasks. I identified and mitigated potential project risks while developing project plans, then provided regular status reports to leadership. Additionally, during this time, I also managed all minor projects and redesigns for the Digital Strategies team.

University Web Communications

Consulted with campus partners to assist them in the creation of engaging and relevant content for their web presence, then managed their redesigns. Created content for Vanderbilt University's social media channels with an emphasis on developing a social media advertisement policy, as well as a digital marketing & SEO strategy. Educated campus partners on concepts like audience definition, page layout, information architecture, SEO, usability, and accessibility
