Returning the document to each department if incomplete-Ensure invoice calculation is appropriate with the invoice, and tax invoices and calculate withholding tax-Create and prepare Supplier Payment Form based on the Contract, PO, SO, BAST, or Invoice; then submit payment to Treasury-Input, update, and maintain journals of expenses in the correct general ledger account to ensure accurate financial reports related to payable and purchasing accurately-Follow up with operation if there is any dispute in the Invoice and reply to emails from vendors or operations-Follow up on Outstanding PO and SO that are still outstanding in the system due to missing records or the operation hasn't submitted documents to finance-Check, monitor, and ensure the payment process is done timely and correctly according to the payment condition-Manage cash advance, maintain and follow up the completeness of the document of advance payment to supplier/vendor-Closing the account payable module every month-Managing and ensure all the input VAT documents in accordance with the appliance regulations and submit to the tax department for input VAT crediting-Handling and managing the company's branch's petty cash. Ensure payment amounts, receipts, records, and supporting documents appropriate with petty cash expenses.-Input accounting journal of day-to-day petty cash to the company system

-Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as Balanced Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement & Stock Opname-Engaging in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries and report preparation.-Ensuring that all financial transactions and documents are correct and complete-Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded-Responsible for the general ledger, overseeing the classification and booking of all transaction-Analysing data for accuracy before inputting into system.
