• I successfully conducted, on average 2-3 weeks of training per month, with a classroom size of 8-12 students; FDA-compliant service training courses for the repair of medical equipment.
• As an Instructional Designer, I was responsible for all new course development by providing our team with innovative and practical ways to train service engineers while maintaining regulatory compliance.
