• Work with clients to scope project implementation plans which encompass the client's requirements and business needs
• Use project management software to monitor projects, idenitfying deliverable, success metrics, costings, and ensuring key deadlines are met and suitable resources are allocated
• Liaise with digital development teams to scope site development and functional design specifications
• Project manage digital media design team on video content creation projects, and manage communications with the client
• Communicate ideas and designs based on client feedback

• Drafting letters and correspondence to clients, barristers, and solicitors
• General office duties including managing the post, filing, and photocopying
• Raising client invoices
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Taking notes in meetings and typing up for case files
