Researching and writing pieces about fashion/beauty/health. Organising photographers. Weekly vox pops. For two years I have been the chief writer for the hugely successful Dream Wedding Competition that The Anglo-Celt sponsors. My duties included making contact and creating profiles for over 100 couples as well as writing profiles for our advertisers. I thoroughly enjoyed working on this project. Similarly I recently spearheaded the annual Business Awards Supplement- a 40 page mini paper celebrating business excellence in Cavan. I was charged with contacting all of the sponsors and nominees with a view to writing their profiles and compiling them for the supplement. It was a challenging experience, but one that I relished.
