Sales:* Present licensing opportunities to manufacturers and retailers. * Independently negotiate deals of various size and scope and manage negotiations.* Work on contract issues in order to create and finalize licensee agreements and renewals.* Provide feedback and recommendations on proposals to senior management and clients.* Establish and reach sales targets for client's long-term growth plan to increase revenue/exposure for their brands. Brand Management:* Demonstrate broad strategic thinking to drive all areas of account responsibilities.* Participate in the development and presentation of the Strategic Licensing Plan or Annual Business Review.* Build relationship with licensees in order to assist them with optimizing their business through enhanced retail placement, creative product development and marketing.* Track and analyze forecasting and collection of royalty reports/payment for key licensees.* Participate in client and agency revenue forecasting.* Thorough understanding of all aspects of manufacturing and product development.
