I joined Bauer Media in January 2019 to prepare classical music and entertainment station Scala Radio for launch in March. The role involved overseeing the day-to-day output of the station, managing the programming team, forward planning programming initiatives, briefing presenters, commissioning and developing new series, recruiting new presenters and staff members, processing invoices, implementing budget changes and working closely with the commercial, marketing, digital and press teams at Bauer.In addition, I produced a selection of the shows, and I thoroughly enjoyed being a hands-on producer as well as having a managerial role, especially when the programmes were as much fun to make as Mark Kermode's film music show, a weekly video games music show hosted by Luci Holland and Simon Mayo's weekend programmes.I curated our 12 hour 'movie music marathons' All Movies Monday and All Movies Easter Monday. I also initiated other special days of music programming dedicated to full classical works, Mindfulness and Beethoven.Over the years I produced additional shows, series, podcasts and one-off specials such as: - Alexis Ffrench's Sunday afternoon show- TV On The Radio with Segun Akinola- Scala Radio at the Opera with Penny Smith- The Empire Playlist with Amon Warmann- Beethoven: The Basics with Andy Bush- A series hosted by Oscar-winning composer and general musical legend Anne Dudley- Max Richter on Scala Radio- The Music of John Williams- She Scores on Scala Radio, a series celebrating women screen composers as part of Scala's International Women's Day programmingI also oversaw the Scala Radio Book Club, securing weekly interviews with authors such as Isabel Allende, Monica Ali, Douglas Stuart, Emma Donoghue, Maggie O'Farrell, Candice Carty-Williams and Kamila Shamsie, and devising marketing initiatives to promote Independent Bookshops Week, the Indie Bookshop Fiction Title of the Month and the Indie Book Awards.

As Executive Producer at Classic FM, I produced the following programmes from 2015 onwards: Alan Titchmarsh, Aled Jones, Alexander Armstrong, Bill Turnbull and Charlotte Green's Culture Club. Until July 2018, I was the Executive Producer of Classic FM's More Music Breakfast with Tim Lihoreau and specialist programmes Saturday Night at the Movies with Andrew Collins, Cowan's Classics with Rob Cowan and Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Classical Music with Catherine Bott.I produced the following short-term specialist series in my role as Executive Producer: - High Score with Jessica Curry: the first video game music series on national radio- The Sound of Music with Howard Goodall and Andrew Lloyd Webber: a six-part series celebrating Lloyd Webber's career and the art of writing musicals.- Turning Points with Julie Walters: a six-part series sponsored by Honda exploring the 'turning points' in classical music history.- Mozart: The Man Revealed with John Suchet: a 10-part series celebrating the life of the most naturally gifted composer who ever lived.I also wrote a Saturday Night at the Movies book, released in March 2018, published by Elliott & Thompson. This explores long-standing collaborations between film directors and composers, such as Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer, Steven Spielberg and John Williams, and Tim Burton and Danny Elfman.In July 2018 I stepped down from this full-time role to focus on studying for a Creative Industries Management MSc at Birkbeck University. As a freelance Executive Producer at Global, I continue to produce 'Saturday Night at the Movies' and the third series of 'High Score'. This was nominated for an Arqiva award in 2014.- 'Wynne Evans' Guide to Opera', a 2-part programme nominated for an Arqiva award in 2013, and 'Wynne Evans' Guide to Verdi' to mark the composer's bicentenary.- 'Countdown to the Classic Brits', a 6-part series presented by Anne-Marie Minhall.- 'Benjamin Britten's Women', a documentary presented by Joan Bakewell to mark the composer's centenary.- 'Behind the Curtain: A Royal Opera House Special' presented by Wynne Evans.

I have worked as a freelance Trainer on a range of radio projects for BBC Media Action and the BBC World Service Business Development unit.I worked with the editors and producers of children's radio programmes in Kabul as part of the World Service Trust's Afghan Educations Projects. In January 2013, I was invited to take part in the BBC World Service's Business Development 'Value of Air Time' project, which involved running workshops with representatives from commercial radio stations in Zambia to explore new methods of generating revenue.I devised and implemented training workshops for specialist producers in Algiers in October 2015 and most recently trained Managing Editors at 60 radio stations across Indonesia about generating commercial revenue from programming output.

I produced a live show every Sunday from 11am - 1pm with the lovely ex-Pop Idol runners-up and TV presenters Sam and Mark.The show broadcasts across the Midlands on Free Radio and online at http://www.freeradio.co.uk/

As a member of the Absolute Radio Music Team, I scheduled digital stations Absolute 80s and Absolute Classic Rock and took part in network playlist meetings.I produced music specials and specialist music strands such as the 'Electronic 80s' series with Heaven 17 and Howard Jones for Absolute 80s.I was also a cover producer for network shows and was involved in creating the musical strategy and content for the recently launched digital services Absolute Radio 60s and Absolute Radio 70s.

I joined TBI Media in July 2009 to work as co-producer of 'Absolute Blur', a documentary about the band which won Sony Gold for Best Live Event Coverage at the 2010 Sony Radio awards. In Autumn 2009 I produced another documentary for Absolute Radio, 'The Elbow Story', which received a Sony award nomination for Best Music Special. In 2010 I produced 'The John Bonham Story' for BBC 6 Music, re-broadcast on BBC Radio 2 in September, which won Gold for Best Music Special at the 2011 Sony awards.I also produced 'To Kill A Mockingbird at 50', broadcast on BBC Radio 2 in July 2010 and I was part of the team that successfully pitched for 'Pause For Thought' on BBC Radio 2.I have also been guest booker for 'Chart The Week' on BBC 5 Live and 'Hot Gossip' on BBC Radio 2.In Autumn 2010 I produced Excess All Areas for Absolute Radio, a 7-part series celebrating rock'n'roll excess presented by Iain Lee.In 2011 I produced 'Killer Queen', a 2-part series about Queen that broadcast on Absolute Radio, Absolute 80s and Absolute Classic Rock.

I was the cover music scheduler at BBC 6 Music, carrying out the following tasks:- Schedule weekday shows using Powergold- Select music for the Album of the Day- Research and distribute music information to the production teams
