Office Manager/Hr Assistant
Current• Greet and route visitors at the front desk and handle general number calls and voicemails• Comply with access control requirements including registering and managing employee security badges, enforcing visitor access log, and maintaining a secure office space• Maintain relationships with building management, maintenance, and cleaning staff - report and monitor maintenance issues as needed• Proactively manage and communicate workspace and building issues as they arise• Plan, coordinate, arrange, facilitate and communicate all-company meetings, gatherings, and monthly employee appreciation events• Provide accurate, timely data entry and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and other departments as needed• Process and route all incoming mail, coordinate outgoing mail and shipping needs with USPS and FedEx• Monitor stock of and order office supplies, snacks, soda, and coffee• Prepare and submit monthly corporate credit card expense reports in SAP Concur
