Office Manager/Hr Assistant
Current- Greet and route visitors at the front desk and handle general number calls and voicemails
- Comply with access control requirements including registering and managing employee security badges, enforcing visitor access log, and maintaining a secure office space
- Maintain relationships with building management, maintenance, and cleaning staff - report and monitor maintenance issues as needed
- Proactively manage and communicate workspace and building issues as they arise
- Plan, coordinate, arrange, facilitate and communicate all-company meetings, gatherings, and monthly employee appreciation events
- Provide accurate, timely data entry and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and other departments as needed
