Recognised as one of AFR’s 100 Women of Influence and awarded Australian Telstra Business Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Jenny Paradiso co-founded and led Suntrix, a national solar and battery storage company, as Managing Director from 2009 to 2024. Having started her career as a librarian, Jenny established Suntrix in 2009 and over 15 years grew the business from the kitchen table to a multi-million dollar company, servicing homes, businesses and all levels of Government in South Australia, Victoria and NSW. Jenny has worked on numerous boards and advisory groups - both Government, NFP and commercial. She has mentored business owners and coached women in their professional development through Behind Closed Doors and the CEC Women In Renewables program. Prior to founding Suntrix, Jenny worked as a Product and Project Manager for an international library software company.Jenny brings extensive experience in conducting business workshops and is a seasoned speaker, delivering keynotes and serving as a chair or panelist at conferences and events.Jenny offers consulting services, interim executive roles, and mentoring. She currently facilitates a group of talented entrepreneurs through Behind Closed Doors.
