I have worked as a Senior Health Manager for 17 years in the development, implementation, review and delivery of aged health services at Local Health District and NSW Ministry of Health levels. Since resigning from six years working as a Senior Policy Analyst with the NSW Ministry of Health I have sought to re-familiarise myself with my clinical nursing skills across a variety of settings plus move towards directing my wealth of experience into the role of Consultant to the Health and Aged Care Industries. I have extensive experience in Project Management, budget development, analysis and reporting, change management, analysis and briefing, training, management of internal and external stakeholder consultations, Policy development, development of models of care and inter-governmental relations.
