I’m focused on building long-term relationships with clients and empowering them to develop their own potential through a continuous improvement culture, delivering a positive impact on business performance and bottom line.A people person, I learned early on in my career that I was driven to help people realise their goals. This led me to embark on a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, and the Further and Adult Education Teaching Certificate. During my earlier years with Edge, I completed 2 years study with The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).As a Careers Advisor, I was working with young people and adults on a 1-2-1 basis, as well as teams of all ages. It was here that I gained my first experience of coaching and mentoring clients.Working as a Commercial Director in the family business for 23 years, my business experience covered many areas including operations, people, commercial and marketing, focusing particularly in the area of business and client relationship development.I am now thrilled to be utilising this wealth of experience as an Area Director with DICE. Having been a DICE client myself since 2019, I’ve witnessed first-hand how working with individuals and teams in businesses through a range of bespoke client focused CPD accredited programmes can achieve business and personal success.
