Jenny holds a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology in Education, and a Master of Social work from the University of Toronto. Her practice is informed by past work as an Early Childhood Educator, as well as through additional training in cybercounselling, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness meditation.

Counseline Program: strengths-based, brief model counselling for university undergraduate students experiencing a range of issues regarding mental health and wellbeing: depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship difficulties, academic-related difficulties, loss, and history of sexual trauma. Cybercounselling training during internship.

Conducted biopsychosocial intake assessments with clients across the life span (from preschoolers to seniors; tradespersons; students; professionals); drafted assessment reports; provided pschoeducation regarding ADHD and other typical diagnoses (such as depression and anxiety), and coping strategies; research assistant work for two pilots regarding Mindfulness, ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety submitted to, and attended the EPA- 2017 European Congress of Psychiatry Conference in Florence, Italy.

Arts-based, outdoor summer programming for 75 school agers (6-12 years) in Toronto's Trinity Bellwoods park. I acted as a practicum site supervisor for an ECE student in her final placement.
