Lead all external and internal communications for the College, including thought leadership and messaging for the Dean; news and social media content; communications to alumni, donors, and community partners; and admissions marketing to prospective students.

Provided strategic communications counsel to high-demand clients including BlueOval SK, the Louisville Orchestra, Anthem Medicaid, Elevance Health, and Stock Yards Bank. Led and project managed client deliverables including media relations, social and digital media content, script and speech writing, crisis communications, and community engagement.

Led a four-person team responsible for all internal and external communications for Kentucky’s largest transit agency with a 700+ employee and contractor workforce. Oversaw the redevelopment of TARC’s website, launched a comprehensive marketing campaign to rebuild public trust, and expanded outreach to employees and community leaders through multi-channel communications.

Led the execution of key marketing initiatives, including customer/partner communications, thought leadership, brand building, employee advocacy, media relations, and RFP process management.

Worked closely with Appriss Health leadership to identify and pursue new business. Managed RFP (request for proposal) process to help secure $3.56 million in continued revenue in less than a year.
